The Annual Meeting of the Membership is a chance for members to hear about the past year, participate in discussions of current topics, and elect new members to the Portland Japanese Garden Board of Directors.

Proxy Voting

Members who are unable to attend the Annual Meeting are invited to give the Garden’s Nominating Committee their written proxy to vote in their absence for the nominees who have been recommended to join the Garden’s Board of Directors. Forms are available at the Admission Gate and below.

As a member in good standing of the Portland Japanese Garden, I give the Nominating Committee my written proxy to vote in my absence at the Annual Meeting of the Membership on May 10, 2012.
